Agrish recalls adult portable bed rails over entrapment, fall and cut risks, expanding earlier recall

The bed rails can trap a person in the rail or between the rail and mattress, risking death by suffocation, and they can also cause falls because they are unstable, and cuts because of badly sized push pins.

What to do

Stop using the recalled bed rails right away and contact Agrish Direct for a full refund. Register at http://www.agrish.online/recall to get instructions on how to dispose of the bed rail.
