Motorcar Parts of America recalls replacement brake calipers for 2008–2025 Ford E-450 Super Duty vehicles over cracking risk

The caliper piston bore wall may not meet specification, so the caliper can fracture and cause loss of brake fluid and brake pressure, which raises the risk of a crash.

What to do

Do not drive the vehicle until it is repaired. Independent installers working with Motorcar Parts of America will inspect and replace the rear brake calipers free of charge; owners can call customer service at 1-833-758-0239.
