Great Dane recalls 69 2027 Champion dry van trailers over a part that may keep them from coupling properly

The upper coupler may have the wrong bottom plate, so the kingpin can stick out and stop the trailer from coupling properly, which could let it detach and raise the risk of a crash.

What to do

Do not use the trailer until it is repaired. Great Dane will inspect it and replace the upper coupler assembly if needed, free of charge; call customer service at 1-877-369-3493.
