Honda recalls 2023–2026 CR-V Hybrid, Accord Hybrid and 2025 CR-V Fuel Cell EV over tire repair kit bottle cap that can detach

When the tire repair kit is used, pressure can build up inside the sealant bottle and make the cap come off, and the loose cap can fly out and hit the user or people nearby.

What to do

Dealers will inspect the tire repair kit and replace the nozzle if needed, free of charge, including on vehicles already fixed under recall 26V366. Owners can call Honda customer service at 1-866-784-1870 and give Honda's recall number PPW.
