Rollx recalls wheelchair-accessible vans over restraint straps that may not lock

The retractors on QRT-Deluxe and QRT-Max wheelchair restraints in certain vans may not lock, so a wheelchair may not be held in place and could move while the vehicle is moving, raising the risk of injury.

What to do

Rollx will work with Q'Straint to inspect the retractors and replace them if needed, free of charge. Owners can call Rollx customer service at 1-800-956-6668.
